I love your columns and your common-sense advice. I have a prickly career situation I hope you can address. I’ve worked in software Business Development for eight years and I’ve done well. I liked working for small companies at first but now I find that to close the big accounts you need a team and a solid process, and my current company is a $750M vendor, the biggest firm I’ve worked for yet.
